Optimizing Leadership
We are all leaders in some capacity, regardless of our title or position. We lead ourselves, our families, our friends, and our communities. Every day, we make countless choices and decisions as we create our life. Great mentors and role models may show us an effective path ahead, but what worked for them doesn't always work for us. We learn and grow and experiment, forging our own path to success.
What got us to where we are today won't get us to where we want to go. We are constantly evolving and need to access new ideas and perspectives to inspire fresh actions to create different results. And what often gets in our way are the "blind spots" created by our beliefs, perspectives, and habits.
By definition, it's hard to see those limitations ourselves. We need someone to shine a light so we can see what has been mostly invisible: the assumptions we make, the ways we hold ourselves back, what's behind the frustration we feel, the impact we have on those around us, and how all of that affects the results we create (or don't).
